■ 梅子選用紅映梅，是日本北陸特產的高質梅子，比起南高梅， 紅映梅所含的氨基酸更多，所以富含鮮味且醇厚度更上一層。由於栽培難度大，只有分支的同一部分每三年才結果一次，產量比一般品種少，使其更加珍貴。
■ 加賀梅酒使用日本北陸白山的清新地下雪水製成，梅子味感豐厚，於釀造廠中陳釀5年，以均衡的方式調和如甜苦酸等各種味道，深厚複雜口味是多年陳釀的成果。
■ 倒進杯中，熟梅的香味四溢，酒體圓潤醇厚，甜味、苦味及梅酸味層疊而出，平衡度很高，就算不經常喝梅酒的朋友，也不會覺得太甜，是一款人見人愛的出色梅酒。

【小堀酒造店 — 萬歲樂】
江戶享保年間 (1700年初)，小崛家祖先於白山市創業。江戶後期著手造酒，明治中期將品牌商標定為「萬歲樂」。傳承加賀菊酒的傳統，至今仍於酒廠鄰近的「鶴來藏」及白山山麓中的「森之吟釀藏」，以手工釀製出追求米、水、技最高品質的美味佳酒。近年經日本政府認定之地產名稱「白山」，以其「白山手取川水系的伏流水」釀造高品質的日本酒及梅酒。
