★ 大吟釀清酒與在 -5°C 下陳釀 1 至 2 年的清酒混合而成的。
★ 香氣清澈，口感深沉清新，入口存在感強烈。

米種：兵庫県特Ａ地区産契約栽培山田錦
精米步合：35%
飲用温度：0℃ ~10℃

酒精濃度 : 15%

位於福井縣鯖江市的加藤吉平商店，創立於1860年，其清酒品牌「梵」，被譽為日本國寶，梵在梵文中解作純潔及真理，而英文發音為Born，有誕生之意。

除用作招待外賓，「梵」曾是日本皇室貢品，更多次成為日本國內外不同大型活動的大會指定清酒，包括昭和天皇即位儀式等多個政府活動、Cannes International Film Festival和2002年世界杯開幕歡迎會。

從酒廠創業開始，一直保持著傳統的手工製作的釀酒。現在梵在釀酒中使用的只有米、米曲和水三種。沒有多餘的添加劑。
