一支難求的日本膜拜級清酒！
在日本 Saketime 前三的名 款款皆難入手！
三重縣「木屋正酒造」創業近200年,一直以木屋正作為品牌名。近年日本酒的銷售不斷下滑,小酒蔵經營相當困難,為了拯救因近年經營困難的家業,拜師於但馬杜氏,以低溫發酵及傳統清酒袋吊方式釀造酒款,並於2005年正式推出「而今」。
2019年登上日本酒專門評分網站「SAKETIME」的清酒排名 第三名，而今的分數維持跟2018年差不多，表現得很穩定。一些愛好者愛把「而今」比喻為「小十四代」或「下一個十四代」。
他的座右銘是「事到而今艱難的時代，應盡最大努力生存下去！」活在當下，亦是「而今」的由來。
憑著這份對「現在」的熱誠，「而今」在平成17年日本全國新酒鑑評會上得到金賞。
