    1️⃣  網店上列出的只是預計到港日期，會因訂購當天缺貨（或須多天才能完成購買）、 飛機或船運航班、冷凍物流等原因提早或延遲，本店不能保證時效，亦不承擔任何責任，訂購後不能退款。

    2️⃣  會於「預計到港日期」落機當天，立即安排冷運公司收件及運輸。如選擇於順豐站自取之客戶，收到順豐通知短信後，必須即日提取；又或 如送上門的客戶自行更改延遲送貨日期，茲因冷藏食品保存期很短，萬一食品有任何變質，本店不承擔任何責任。 （如有需要，可聯繫本店更改為冷凍溫度保存）

    3️⃣  如買家所選的凍品到港日期不同，請按「預計到港日期」分別落單，運費會以每張訂單計算； 如同一張訂單內有不同「預計到港日期」，即須分次送貨，運費以送貨次數計算，買家或須補付運費，完成全數付款後訂單才可作實。

    4️⃣  如其他特別原因或拍錯須退款，買家須支付總貨價5%作第三方支付平台費用。
