➔ 這款大吟釀 / 老酒是將酒米 [山田錦] 拋光至 35%，並在零度以下的溫度下陳釀 5 年製成的。
➔ 雖然是陳釀，但完全沒有陳年的味道和香氣。 清酒保留了原酒的特點，口感柔和乾淨，深沉而醇厚。
➔ 由於它是「淡熟」陳釀，因此具有濃鬱的風味、口感柔和清澈、絲綢般的質感，證明它是經過時間精心製作。
