▪在日本文化中，由於稻穗與麻糬有向神明供奉以祈求豐收之意，而紅豆亦有避邪的含義，因此這款和菓子也有大吉大利的寓意。
▪使用滋賀縣產的羽二重糯製成香氣濃厚的餅皮，並於綿密的紅豆餡中添加軟嫩的麻糬。
▪食用時再自行將餅皮與餡料結合，一次享受酥脆、濕潤、彈牙3種口感，富有層次的滋味
