位於日本奈良縣，創業至今已有 300 年之歷史，旗下主要銘柄為「鷹長」與「風の森（風之森）」。
為了保存「風之森」的穩定性，油長酒造除了使用奈良縣正曆寺的菩提酛釀造，更花費數年研發出「笊籬採り」、「氷結採り」、「真中採り」等專利技術，好讓飲用時都能貼近現釀現榨的狀態。
