☆ 採用日本國產優質洋蔥（特別是淡路島產），每份湯塊約含有半顆洋蔥的份量。
☆ 將洋蔥慢火炒至飴色（焦糖化），費時約4小時以帶出濃郁甘甜的香氣。
☆ 搭配黑糖、赤穗天然鹽以及印度黑胡椒，營造出清甜中帶微辣的層次感。
☆ 每份含有約 1 億個 HS-1 乳酸菌，標榜「うんと健康」（非常健康）。
☆ 無化學添加
食用與應用方法：
➔ 沖泡即飲： 將湯塊放入碗中，加入約 160~200ml 的熱水 攪拌即可。
➔ 法式洋蔥湯： 法國麵包切片，鋪上芝士，放入焗爐並焗至表面金黃，再與洋蔥湯一同食用
➔ 萬能調味料： 由於湯頭濃郁，也常被用作燉菜、焗烤或煮物的高湯底。
