■清水清三郎商店於1869年（明治2年）成立，最初於鈴鹿川貫穿的鈴鹿市若松村，當時名為大黑屋清水清三郎商店。
■ 鈴鹿山脈淡水的地下水，伊勢平原盛產優質米，都非常適合釀造清酒
■清水清三郎商店有兩個銘柄，分別是「鈴鹿川」及「作」
